- In 2024, CAPIA acted as financial advisor to Caja Los Andes in securing an equity investment from the Accion Digital Transformation Fund for both organic and inorganic growth initiatives
- In 2024, CAPIA advised Grupo Romero on the sale of multiple entities with a real estate portfolio exceeding 2 million m² of industrial and logistics properties in Peru
- In 2022, CAPIA served as financial advisor to San Miguel in Argentina on the sale of San Miguel Perú to CitriCo of Spain, a company owned by a Spanish investment fund

Funds
CAPIA advises investment funds on buy- and sell-side transactions, having supported several leading global funds in their first deals in Peru.
We provide end-to-end support: from identifying opportunities aligned with their investment thesis to granting access to exclusive deals through our strategic relationships in the market. We also optimize exit processes, maximizing outcomes for the fund.

Businesses

We analyze family and business objectives to design a total or partial sale strategy. We attract capital from investors through equity or debt issuance to finance growth. Additionally, we create structures that allow shareholders to monetize part of their investment without losing control, negotiating shareholder agreements that align with our clients’ goals.
- In 2024, CAPIA advised the shareholders of a chemical distribution company on the sale of a controlling stake, while securing co-control rights and a future exit mechanism for the remaining 100% ownership
- In 2023, CAPIA acted as financial advisor to the leading provider of comprehensive healthcare solutions in Peru for the sale of a 50% stake to one of the largest economic groups in the world
- In 2021, CAPIA acted as financial advisor to a leading family-owned agribusiness company in the majority sale to a U.S.-based investment fund specializing in the sector










CAPIA was the starting point of my journey in strategy and finance. From day one, I worked on challenging transactions alongside investment funds, senior executives, and legal advisors, navigating high-pressure, high-visibility environments. I had the opportunity to lead a full M&A process from start to finish, which strengthened not only my analytical and execution skills but also my ability to coordinate multiple workstreams with strategic focus and clarity in decision-making.
Beyond the technical knowledge, CAPIA was a true learning ground where I built a toolkit of skills that I continue to apply today: delivering high-quality outputs, managing diverse stakeholders, and maintaining rigorous execution standards. This experience was key to transitioning into an in-house Strategy and M&A team at one of Peru’s largest companies, where I currently lead integration and inorganic growth initiatives across the region.
My passion for finance led me to investment banking, where I started as an intern. The fast-paced environment and constant challenges captivated me from the very beginning. I worked hard, learned, and grew to eventually becoming an analyst.
My experiences at CAPIA gave me the tools and confidence to pursue my ambitions. Thanks to what I learned here, I was able to join one of the top investment banks in the world.
